• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Resolve clients’ billing issues and verify discrepancies.
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.
• Able to spot accounting discrepancies and apply appropriate controls in daily operations.

• 2 years of experience as an AR Specialist.
• Established ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Exceptional data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in accounting software, preferably SAP or NetSuite.
• Basic knowledge and experience of basic accounting principles.
